Jason Plichta joined the team at GBF in 2022 and has since played an integral role in our Las Vegas and Southern California expansion. Born and raised in Long Beach, CA, Jason has a strong familiarity with the Los Angeles market and a vast knowledge of its fencing industry. In addition, Jason has spent the last 15 years in Las Vegas focusing on cost control, division budgets, safety, target markets, and overseeing estimates and proposals.
Jason’s clients and their satisfaction has been a huge contributor to his success. He believes in the importance of creating a relationship based on a mutual trust, respect, and unparalleled service.
Jason graduated from the University of Southern California in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business and has over 20 years within the construction industry.
In his off time, he enjoys fishing, softball, and spending time with his family.
In January 2023, Golden Bay Fence Plus Iron Works, Inc. will begin breaking ground on the perimeter security package for the Intuit Dome and new home for the Los Angeles Clippers. This project will include the entire Perimeter Iron Fencing and Gates, K-Rated Bollards, Hydraulic Wedge Barriers, and Guard Booths.
2023 kicks off with Golden Bay Fence Plus Iron Works, Inc. starting on the entire perimeter security package for the new Los Angeles Chargers Headquarters and Practice Facility in El Segundo, CA. This project will include Iron Fencing and Gates, Chain Link, Access Controls with Automation, and more!
